First Course choice of:

~ Blue Shrimp – Jumbo shrimp, apple wood smoked bacon & buttermilk blue cheese in brandy cream

~Stuffed Mushrooms baked with stuffing of ground veal, roasted peppers, spinach & pine nuts

~Calamari crispy & tender with spicy marinara and remoulade sauces

Second Course choice of:

~Lobster Bisque with sherry wine

~Italian Wedding soup


~ Roasted Red Bell Pepper, Tomato & Fresh Mozzarella salad with EVOO & balsamic glaze

~The Wedge – Iceberg, tomatoes, apple wood smoked bacon & buttermilk blue cheese dressing

Third Course choice of Surf & Turf Your Way:

~ Filet Mignon - Center cut certified black angus tenderloin with a mushroom bordelaise sauce

~N.Y. Strip - Hand trimmed certified angus black strip steak severed with maitre d’ butter

~Prime Pork Ribeye- Grilled and served with                   Au Poivre and blackberry gastique sauce

~ Veal Picatta - Scaloppini sautéed with lemon, butter, white wine & capers


~ Jumbo Lump Crab Cake with remoulade sauce

~Lobster Tail – Broiled or Beer Batter

~Jumbo Sea Scallops pan seared with a rich mornay sauce

~ Chilean Sea Bass sautéed in white wine lemon butter
